The Website provides general information about our transparent LED display solutions, storefront concept visualizations, installation process, content services, and ongoing support offerings.

Website content is provided for informational and promotional purposes. Browsing the Website, contacting Horizon, or requesting a complimentary storefront concept does not, by itself, create a purchase agreement, service subscription, or obligation to proceed with a project.

Any display purchase, installation, design work, content management, technical support, or other paid service will be governed by the applicable quotation, proposal, service agreement, or other written terms agreed upon by the parties. If those terms conflict with these Website Terms of Use, the specific written agreement will govern the purchased services.

Photographs, renderings, animations, before-and-after comparisons, and other visual examples on the Website may include digitally created concept visualizations. Such visuals illustrate possible applications of transparent LED technology and do not necessarily represent completed Horizon installations or the exact appearance of a final project.

Actual results depend on the selected hardware and configuration, storefront dimensions, glass compatibility, viewing conditions, lighting, installation requirements, content design, and other site-specific factors. Display specifications, transparency, brightness, resolution, colour appearance, and control capabilities may vary by manufacturer and model.

Horizon will assess project-specific requirements and confirm the applicable scope and specifications through the project proposal or agreement. Website visuals are not a guarantee of a particular result.

We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and service offerings may change. Website information is not a binding offer or a substitute for a project-specific assessment.

All quotations, prices, timelines, installation arrangements, warranties, deliverables, and service inclusions are subject to confirmation in writing. A project is not accepted solely because an inquiry, form, photograph, or concept request has been submitted.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information. Any required property-owner permissions, permits, electrical work, signage approvals, or other site-specific requirements will be addressed as part of the agreed project scope and allocation of responsibilities.

Descriptions of Horizon Care, Horizon Content, Horizon Complete, and Horizon Enterprise on the Website are general summaries only. Actual services, fees, content allowances, response times, revisions, scheduling, exclusions, and cancellation terms will be specified in a separate written service agreement.

Unless expressly included in that agreement, remote technical management or support does not include unlimited on-site visits, physical repairs, replacement parts, travel, or on-site labour. Availability and capabilities may depend on the installed hardware, software, connectivity, and third-party systems.

These ongoing service offerings are not represented by the Website as mandatory with every display purchase.

If you submit an inquiry, storefront photograph, logo, brand material, or other content, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide the materials for the requested purpose.

You authorize Horizon and service providers assisting Horizon to use those materials as reasonably necessary to review your request, prepare a concept visualization, communicate with you, and evaluate the proposed project, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials to Horizon.

We will not publicly feature your submitted storefront photographs or proprietary brand materials in our marketing without your permission, except where otherwise permitted or required by law. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or materials you are not authorized to share.

Unless otherwise stated, the Website's original design, text, graphics, branding, images, videos, and other content are owned by Horizon or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the Website and save or print reasonable portions for your own non-commercial evaluation of Horizon's services. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, commercially exploit, or present Website content as your own without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Ownership and permitted use of any custom concept, design, or other deliverable provided to a customer will be determined by the relevant written agreement. Customer-owned logos, photographs, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use automated tools to extract Website content without authorization, submit false or unlawful information, or infringe the rights of others.

We may restrict access to the Website where reasonably necessary to protect its security, operation, or lawful use.

The Website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, security, or policies. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties concerning their completeness or suitability for a particular project.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, consumer protection, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any express commitments under a signed customer agreement remain subject to that agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Horizon is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its general informational content.

This provision does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or other conduct for which exclusion is prohibited. It does not replace or diminish obligations expressly undertaken in a separate customer agreement.

Our collection, use, and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available through the Website footer.

Submitting a contact form or requesting a concept allows us to respond to that request. It does not automatically enrol you in a marketing mailing list. Any promotional electronic communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable Canadian law.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Changes will apply to subsequent use of the Website and will not, by themselves, amend an existing signed customer agreement.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable law. Where permitted, disputes relating specifically to use of the Website will be addressed in the courts of Ontario.
